The SRE will be part of the Product Development team, ensuring the reliability and availability of applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, automating tasks, optimizing system performance, and maintaining monitoring tools. The role involves collaboration with developers, handling incident response, and fostering an SRE culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve system reliability through monitoring, automation, and feedback loops.
Document processes, create runbooks, and share best practices.
Collaborate with developers to enhance performance, security, and availability.
Respond to incidents, resolve escalations, and conduct postmortems.
Manage error budgets and optimize observability tools.
Mentor teams on SRE best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience as an SRE with infrastructure as code expertise.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of microservices, APIs, and Agile development.
Ability to manage incidents, logs, and system health in cloud environments.
