Senior BI Engineer

CCC has been continuously pioneering solutions that power better decisions for insurers, automotive manufacturers, and collision repairers. Today, this happens through an advanced cloud-based SaaS platform for digital and data services.

We are seeking a proactive BI Developer to lead efforts in enhancing Tableau dashboards, implementing advanced analytics features, and automating processes with APIs. This role demands someone who can think strategically, innovate, and collaborate effectively with business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Tableau Dashboards: Analyze, optimize, and enhance existing dashboards, suggesting improvements based on business needs.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools like DataRobot to assess model performance and apply advanced analytics.
• Advanced Tableau Features: Implement advanced features (e.g., embedding with JavaScript, custom visualizations).
• API & Automation: Automate BI processes, including UAT and production migration, using APIs and Tableau Server.
• Data Management: Leverage SQL, Python, and Tableau Prep for data manipulation and process automation.
• Testing & QA: Improve testing processes and troubleshoot issues using SQL, Python, and related tools.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers and business analysts to design and implement BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with AI tools like DataRobot and integrating AI into BI processes.
• Knowledge of web integration, JavaScript, and advanced Tableau features.
• Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
• Experience automating BI workflows with Tableau Server and APIs.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Gen AI and its role in BI.
• Experience automating BI workflows with Tableau Server and APIs.
