Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the scrum process on team(s) with cross-functional impacts that involve moderately complex projects
• Lead the development teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
• Identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action
• Bring the team together and help them understand each other’s roles and key objectives
• Assess team spirit, facilitate positive team dynamics, and drive necessary actions to improve

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or PM role
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in Agile principles and managing team dynamics
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Fluent English
