We at Anthill, together with CCCIS, are looking for a Salesforce Developer to be a part of the fast-moving product team. As a member of the engineering team, you will work closely with data scientists and play a key role in designing and building state-of-the-art data platforms supporting the company’s predictive models of training and inferencing tasks.
About the role:
The Salesforce developer position is a highly technical and creative role, focused on developing in our custom Salesforce environment. It’s designed to work closely with the other members of the Salesforce team and end users to understand the business needs, estimate and plan the project work in an Agile environment, collaborate on design and prototype solutions, and develop, test, launch and maintain features that resolve business needs and enable new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud, along with a solid foundation in Salesforce development.
If you are ready to take on the following responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions with CCC approved Design standards
Collaborate and coordinate development efforts with other Salesforce Team members, ETL Team, and Business Analysts, delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions
Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet business requirement
Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues to determine root cause and drive resolutions
Performs architecture design and code reviews to enforce best practices and processes
Produce technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code base
Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce pages to extend Salesforce capabilities.
Customize call routing, transcription, and agent workspace to optimize customer service operations.
Support voice analytics and reporting to monitor performance and improve service delivery.
Manage and Support Experience Cloud sites to enhance customer and partner engagement.
And you possess:
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL, REST, SOAP (JSON and XML)
Strong understanding of Force.com framework and a command on governor limits.
Strong coding skills adhering to the best practices of Salesforce.
Strong knowledge on sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations.
Experience in developing solutions with salesforce declarative tools; workflows, Process builders, validation rules, Flows and approval processes.
Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud and Chatbots
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
