Machine Learning Engineer

CCC has been continuously pioneering solutions that power better decisions for insurers, automotive manufacturers, and collision repairers. Today, this happens through an advanced cloud-based SaaS platform for digital and data services.

We at Anthill, together with CCCIS, are looking for a Machine Learning Еngineer to be a part of the fast-moving product team. The ML engineer will be in charge of designing and executing data-driven solutions for solving business problems in insurance claim processing.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Python (native, Pandas, ScikitLearn, Tensorflow or Pytorch, PyStats, Pydantic)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling
• Experience in Machine Learning/ Data Science: ML algorithm selection, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, supervised and unsupervised learning implementation, building model pipelines, using Machine Learning tools/libraries/frameworks.
• Experience with language modeling: fine-tuning and tweaking transformers/neural networks for different use cases
• Experience with modeling for classification and regression (XGB, SVM, neural nets etc.)
• Experience in experiment design (power analysis and hypothesis testing)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS tools for ML Engineering and ML deployment (Sagemaker, Lambda, Cloudformation/CDK, Step Functions)
• Experience with GenAI (prompt engineering & optimization, API engineering)
• Experience working with AWS big data technologies (Redshift, S3, EMR, Glue, etc.)
• Experience with GenAI: prompt engineering and optimization
