Frontend Team Lead

For our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Frontend Team Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Frontend Team Lead, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary engineering team, responsible for developing and supporting a complete product;
• You will be a people manager for a team of Frontend Developers;
• You will be developing an optimized platform, using state of the art technology to deliver top client performance and user experience;
• You will be responsible for designing functionalities and modules, as well as implementing high quality, reusable and efficient code;
• You will participate in the development of a customer-facing interface with a Node.js server as a middle-layer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience leading a team of frontend developers is a must;
• Practical experience with React or Angular for at least 3+ years is a must, in addition to JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3;
• Hands-on experience with the other (React or Angular);
• Previous experience as a front-end developer for at least 5+ years;
• Responsibility and dedication;
• Fluent in English and communication skills.
