Are you ready to lead the charge and shape the future of casino gaming? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge land-based casino solutions. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire product development lifecycle – from crafting innovative concepts to seeing them come to life on the casino floor. You’ll have the opportunity to define the strategic vision for our games, ensuring an engaging and optimized playing experience for our players. THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Produce Land-based casino solutions in an Agile environment with a focus on the latest trends in the gaming industry
• Compose detailed and clear written specifications for new products and features
• Define and communicate product vision with teams of Developers, QA, and other stakeholders
• Set goals for the production and ensure it proceeds according to schedule
• Take multiple inputs from various sources and consolidate them into a prioritized product roadmap
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
• Act as an internal quality control for the product

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Strong motivation to gain deep understanding of the casino industry
• Experience as a Product Manager or a similar role in an IT company
• Ability to communicate ideas and findings with exceptional presentation skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
