We are looking for a Salesforce Operations Manager – a true platform owner – who will help establish Salesforce from scratch and ensure its continuous evolution to meet business needs. You will work hand-in-hand with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders to design, drive, and secure a strategic internal transformation.
You’ll have the rare opportunity to build a Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up, influence strategic digital processes, and ensure the platform grows alongside the company’s success.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
Support the full implementation of Salesforce, including planning, configuration, and rollout.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design impactful solutions, and provide support to ensure high adoption across teams.
Develop and manage analytical reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with real-time operational and sales insights.
Supports and manages projects like upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
Serve as the primary system administrator – manage users, permissions, workflows, licensing, and system performance.
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, and optimisation.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customisation, and integration tools.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a strong plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on mindset with a strategic view – you lead, you build, and you execute.
