    We are looking for a Salesforce Operations Manager – a true platform owner – who will help establish Salesforce from scratch and ensure its continuous evolution to meet business needs. You will work hand-in-hand with our implementation partner and internal stakeholders to design, drive, and secure a strategic internal transformation.

    You’ll have the rare opportunity to build a Salesforce ecosystem from the ground up, influence strategic digital processes, and ensure the platform grows alongside the company’s success.

    THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

    • Support the full implementation of Salesforce, including planning, configuration, and rollout.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design impactful solutions, and provide support to ensure high adoption across teams.
    • Develop and manage analytical reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with real-time operational and sales insights.
    • Supports and manages projects like upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
    • Serve as the primary system administrator – manage users, permissions, workflows, licensing, and system performance.

    THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

    • 3+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, and optimisation.
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customisation, and integration tools.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a strong plus.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Hands-on mindset with a strategic view – you lead, you build, and you execute.
