TECHNICAL ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in the field of software development with at least 1 year of experience in a AI technical architecture role.
Expertise in RAG systems, AI Agents, and LLM enhancements.
Hands-on experience in AI model development and managing the AI model lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of data lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Python.
Good experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong experience in Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Experience with deployment practices for AI models.
Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, including: UML and C4 diagrams, Infrastructure diagrams, Data Flow and Threat Modelling diagrams
Understanding of non-functional requirements and their impact on system design.
TECHNICAL ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES
Design a Technical Architecture (AI solution, security and infrastructure).
Define a progressive technology upgrade roadmap.
Guide and support the development team on how to implement it progressively.
Gather business requirements to define non-functional requirements.
Validate technical feasibility with stakeholders and work together.
Evaluate performance and support to optimize.
Proof of Concept development of new tech stack.
Support to implement DevSecOps / CI/CD.
Define detailed Data Model.
Define an AI evaluation plan
Select appropriate AI techniques and technologies
Work together with architects, dev, infra and security teams.
Evaluate and define tech stack.
Document developer guidelines and best practices.
Identify and manage technical risk and technical debt.
