    Main scope:

    As Company accelerates the implementation of its systems (Global Markets, Treasury, Bank Communication and Pre-Accounting), we are looking for a Support Analyst to assist the Global team to support activities for all the Regions.

    Support Analyst – Global Markets and Treasury is responsible for RUN activities of Finance Systems. 3. They will work closely with Solution Management and BO SDM to incorporate BUILD activities into RUN and contribute to Test strategy and Release Management, while driving continuous service improvement

     

    Main requirements:

    • Be responsible for RUN activates of Finance Systems.

    • Functional support of the applications (support Level 2). Functional expertise (set up, implementation, processes)

    • Incident, change, problem management for the Back Office Treasury Team (Global Markets, Treasury, Bank Communication and Pre-Accounting).

    • KPI, SLAs follow up, reporting and communication.

    • RUN documentation management (audit and maintenance of existing procedures, redaction of missing procedures).

    • Capture, documentation and fulfillment of service requests created by end users in accordance with procedures and SLAs.

    • Work closely with Business Analysts of the Treasury Program and highlight cross-functional issues or synergies to Business analyst teams and Project/Program managers

    • Help to develop and manage key users relationships (IT Key users forum, Communication plan, etc.)

    • Contribute to Test strategy and Release Management.

    • Escalate to Solution Manager and BO SDM in case of any relevant issues and risks on the functional and technical side (workload constraints, conflicts, etc.)

     

    Main requirements:

    • Have at least 3 years working experience in corporate IT / finance environment.

    • Have at least 2 years working experience with Microsoft Power Automate.

    • Knowledge of Power apps & Power BI technologies.

    • Have proven track record in working for support organization.

    • Good knowledge on Office 365 package

    • Good knowledge of ITIL best practices.

    • Education: University degree (preferably in Finance or IT) nice to have.

    • Fluent English both written and spoken.

    • Nice to have experience/knowledge in one of the following functional scope:

    • Finance markets (Forex, Derivatives, market data, valuation of financial instruments, etc.)
    • Cash management (treasury position, cash pooling, etc.) Nice to have
    • Bank communication (multiple possible bank format, FIN and FILEACT protocols, PAIN etc.)
    • Pre-Accounting (chart of account, posting rules, etc.)
