Position Highlights:
The focus of the mission is Level 2 technical support activities and supporting the business teamwork.
The Master Data Support Analyst role will be involved in enforcing Data Governance rules and standards and will work in a highly collaborative manner with several departments across the company.
Main responsibilities:
o Investigate and resolve master data integration issues by performing detailed root cause analysis.
o Recommend and execute corrective measures to address data issues effectively.
o Perform data quality health checks and identify areas for improvement.
o Propose and coordinate data cleansing campaigns, including planning and follow-ups.
o Collaborate with business teams to implement and monitor cleansing activities.
o Level 2 Support:Troubleshoot issues by analyzing middleware logs and identifying root causes.
o Simulate payloads using tools like SOAP UI or Postman to replicate issues.
o Run or analyze SQL queries to verify data integrity and resolve issues.
o Read and interpret XML and JSON files as part of troubleshooting.
o Maintain and improve user documentation for the MDM tool.
o Conduct or participate in training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
o Engage with key users, shared service centers, end-users, and other support teams to ensure smooth operations and support.
o Analyze and understand business requirements from diverse departments, including Accounting, Trading Execution, and Credit Risk Analysis.
Main requirements:
• Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Master Data Management, data quality, or user support.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
• Familiarity with middleware tools, SOAP UI, Postman, SQL, XML, and JSON troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and synthesize actionable insights.
• Familiarity with monitoring logs and data flow in middleware and integration layers.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), or similar for incident and problem management.
• Experience with MS Tools and manipulating and analyzing data with Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Basic knowledge on what is SDLC of an application.
