We are looking for a Business Intelligence developer with strong experince in Power BI.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Power BI implementations, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, delivery, and user enablement
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful reports and visualizations, and conduct workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer
Design scalable, secure Power BI architectures integrated with enterprise data sources such as Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Databricks, and Snowflake
Define governance frameworks and enforce standards for datasets, refresh strategies, security roles, and deployment pipelines
Provide strategic guidance on advanced Power BI features, including Premium, Fabric, and Row-Level Security
Mentor and coach junior consultants through structured learning plans, code reviews, and career development support
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade Power BI solutions
Expert-level proficiency with DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI platform
Proven experience in designing and optimizing large-scale data models and semantic models
Solid understanding of Power BI Service, including workspace configuration, sharing, security (RLS/OLS), and deployment pipelines
Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience within a BI or analytics team
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred but not required:
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, PowerShell scripting, or Power BI REST API
