We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Quality Assurance to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
The Senior Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for defining and leading the global quality strategy across the company’s product portfolio. This role provides horizontal/dotted-line leadership to approximately 150 QA and Automation QA engineers across 10 global product teams. The position drives consistent quality practices, modernization of QA capabilities, AI-enabled testing, and a culture of efficiency and innovation. This leader plays a critical role in driving business growth, competitive advantage, and customer retention by ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-performing product experiences. The Senior Director will also prepare and deliver executive-level quality reports, insights, and recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
