As an Accenture ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will be responsible to develop/grow ServiceNow Technical development team in Bulgaria and plays in cooperation with various internal stakeholders and reflecting market situation as well as support, analyze and design client solutions. You will utilize your existing Service Management / ServiceNow and market knowledge and technical expertise to support various customer needs and develop value propositions.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
This is what you already have:
University or equivalent degree in an IT-related field.
Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
Proven track of records in client/server and Web applications design and implementation, including custom applications and integrations
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
Working experience in agile software development environment
Self-motivation and ability to work in self-organized teams, to inspire and guid
Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Working proficiency in English.
