Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plan-To-Make (PTM) Manufacturing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Plan-To-Make functional area of SAP S/4HANA, with expertise in manufacturing processes such as production planning, production execution, and integrated supply chain management.

The role is available for Sofia, Plovidv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of Plan-To-Make solutions using SAP S/4HANA for manufacturing clients across various industries.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and map out production planning and manufacturing requirements, including demand planning, material requirements planning (MRP), production execution, and production scheduling.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules related to Plan-To-Make, such as SAP PP, SAP PM , SAP MM and SAP IBP
• Provide guidance in implementing end-to-end manufacturing solutions, including shop floor management, order management, production order scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements in SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate manufacturing solutions with other enterprise systems (such as SAP EWM, SAP QM, SAP SD, and SAP CO).
• Support clients through SAP S/4HANA implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live phases.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure the smooth adoption of SAP solutions and best practices in manufacturing processes.
• Travel up to 30% of the time to client sites in Germany and France for project-related activities, including workshops, design sessions, and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a focus on Plan-To-Make manufacturing processes, including SAP PP, MM, PM, and related modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Plan-To-Make modules (e.g. PP, MМ, PM) and manufacturing execution processes. Experience with Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a plus.
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA PTM implementations, including full-cycle projects, upgrades, and migrations. Experience in configuring production planning, MRP, scheduling, and integration with other supply chain and manufacturing systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional proficiency in German or French is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Germany and France
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with international teams.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA manufacturing or relevant modules (e.g., SAP PP, MM, PM).
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Leonardo for manufacturing innovations (IoT, AI, etc.).
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management for SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for manufacturing and supply chain processes, particularly in discrete or process manufacturing.
