We are building a new team for one of our clients and we are looking for SAP Application Support Consultant of any seniority (Jr / Mid / Sr) to join our growing network of SAP professionals.
As a SAP Application Support Consultant L2 with more than 2 years of experience in supporting SAP business applications on on-premise or cloud environments, your main duties will be performing diagnostics and maintenance of SAP solutions & products.
Responsibilities:
Resolution of incident tickets, providing analysis and resolution according to predefined criteria and response times;
Escalation of tickets to Operations Level 3;
Escalation of the tickets received from Service Desk to different vendors (coordination, re-triage where needed);
Release to Production including creation of Transport requests related to the service request only in scope of L2 Operations;
Establish regular meetings between L2 and L3 Ops where L2 Ops can ask clarification questions to L3 Ops;
Serving as a SPOC for DR and later execution of the prepared DR (Disaster recovery);
Contribute to continuous service improvements such as Incident reduction, automation of tickets etc.;
Conduct regular health checks and other non-ticketing activities such as monitoring and responding to specific alerts created through monitoring or scheduled jobs/ activities;
Development and updating of the knowledge articles;
Support L3 in ticket analysis, RCA and PM activities;
Shift left of tickets to the Service Desk by creation of SOPs and knowledge articles
Qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in supporting or implementing SAP business applications,
Proven experience and expertise in one of the following SAP areas / modules:
Warehouse & Logistics – Warehouse and inventory management; Distribution & Intercompany and haulage, Fleet management,
Flexibility in using different technologies/ platforms
Ability to shift gears quickly and cope with change
Analytical & Detail Oriented
Confident, proactive and self-motivated
Disciplined and “Team first approach” oriented
