Due to the expansion of our team we are looking for a talented Technical Customer Support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver expert product support in written form using a ticketing system
Аssist users with software and hardware inquiries
Efficiently diagnose and solve technical problems
Utilize multiple business operation systems
Maintain detailed records of all interactions
Regularly enhance user manuals and knowledge resources
Offer comprehensive training on software and hardware usage
Participate in automotive exhibitions to showcase our solutions
Stay informed about the latest industry trends
Requirements:
Previous experience in Technical Customer Support is considered an advantage
Previous experience in the Automotive industry or interest in cars is a plus
Excellent English language – verbal and written
Understanding of automotive software and hardware systems is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing systems is a plus
