    Due to the expansion of our team we are looking for a talented Technical Customer Support.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver expert product support in written form using a ticketing system
    • Аssist users with software and hardware inquiries
    • Efficiently diagnose and solve technical problems
    • Utilize multiple business operation systems
    • Maintain detailed records of all interactions
    • Regularly enhance user manuals and knowledge resources
    • Offer comprehensive training on software and hardware usage
    • Participate in automotive exhibitions to showcase our solutions
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in Technical Customer Support is considered an advantage
    • Previous experience in the Automotive industry or interest in cars is a plus
    • Excellent English language – verbal and written
    • Understanding of automotive software and hardware systems is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRMs and ticketing systems is a plus
    • Strong customer focus
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills
