We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the execution of multiple projects, and ensuring smooth coordination of tasks.
As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of PMO and project teams, handling project-specific administrative and coordination tasks. This is a hands-on support role, perfect for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in structured environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and organization of project documentation, including user stories, tasks, schedules, and reports.
Help track project progress and ensure action items are completed on time.
Monitor and update project management tools, including tracking working hours, plans, and expenditures.
Support stakeholder communication, ensuring teams stay aligned on project goals.
Assist in risk tracking, quality control, and adherence to project processes.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence) is required.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects.
