    Currently, we need a Technical Customer Support with German who will be supporting the area of our A1 Hosted Communication and A1 Cloud Communication customers.

    Accelerate your career as part of our growing Network Services Team in Sofia.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Consulting and supporting our customers in the SME sector;
    • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and optimal experience of our services;
    • Being responsible for the activity and maintenance of documentation and delivery of necessary KPIs;
    • Constant training and active know-how transfer about current technologies and processes;
    • On-call duties per schedule.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have: 

    • 1 year of technical working experience in the field of operations or similar professional experience;
    • Knowledge in the field of Voice over IP (SIP, PBX);
    • Basic knowledge in the field of network technology and cloud technologies;
    • German language is a must – written and spoken (B2 level).
