Job Purpose
We are looking for motivated Business Analysts to join our international, cross-functional teams. As such you will play a crucial role in designing, defining, and delivering software solutions that support A1’s Consumer Sales, Selfcare, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

What Makes You Unique:
You have a solid background in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
Skilled in analyzing requirements and turning them into real solutions.
Comfortable in agile teams and experienced in implementation projects.
A problem-solver who explains complex topics in a clear way.
Team player with a learning mindset, staying calm under pressure.
Fluent in English; other A1 Group languages are a plus.
Nice to Have:
Liferay – especially in portal integration and customization.
Business Analyst with HYBRIS in e-commerce and sales platforms.
Building and enhancing selfcare platforms. Including backend design.
Driving digital campaigning, customer targeting, and journey design.
Business Analyst with a focus on customer data handling, data privacy and API management.
