    The telecommunications industry is one of the high-tech industries in the modern world and it is an exciting field for people with technical skills.

    If you are interested in exploring the field of telecommunications, the following job opportunity might inspire you to join our Services Operation Team, within the VIP ICT Support Department, based in Sofia.

    We are looking for new talent as a Support Engineer with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and trends.

    Previous experience in a similar position is always welcome in applicants.

    Your daily routine would include:

    • Taking ownership of various tickets related to problems with DIA, VPN, Cloud Video surveillance, SDWAN, FW, etc;
    • Investigating the reason for the root cause and providing a temporary workaround or reliable resolution;
    • Communicating with administrators and on-site engineers in order to provide remote assistance;
    • Take over escalations and follow-up in order to secure customer satisfaction.

    We’ll know you can make it if you have:

    • Previous experience as L1/L2 technical support;
    • Кnowledge in the networking/telecommunication protocols (IP, TCP/UDP, VPN, OSPF etc.);
    • MTCNA, CCNA or NRS certificate (considered as a plus);
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
    • Good written and spoken English skills.
