    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a Reporting Specialist with strong analytical and technical skills, and extensive experience in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in technical or operational departments, with the ability to build, automate, and maintain end-to-end reporting processes.

    Role insights:

    • Define and develop comperhansive reporting standard and plan
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
    • Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
    • Develop automation solutions for data collection and reporting processes.
    • Administer, manage, and maintain all SecurityDC SharePoint portal, including sites,  structure, permissions, libraries, lists, workflows, and integrations
    • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and operational teams.
    • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and user experience.

    What Makes You Unique:

    • 1+ year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or related roles—preferably within technical or IT environments.
    • Expertise in:
      • Microsoft Power BI (e.g. data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visual storytelling)
      • Advanced Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros preferred)
      • SharePoint (e.g. site administration, structure design, permissions management, document control, workflow integration)
    • Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand operational data.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
