Aleksandra Georgieva is looking for a new team member.

We are expanding the A1 Group SOC team within Security Department of the A1 Competence Delivery Center. Be a part of this exciting journey!

Your daily routine would include:

• Monitoring security events and alerts to detect malicious behavior and anomalies.
• Investigating and analyzing detected security incidents based on defined procedures, guidelines, and playbooks.
• Escalate incidents to on-call senior analysts when deeper investigation or advanced action is required.
• Supporting day-to-day SOC tasks (e.g., basic forensic triage, threat intel review under guidance).
• Assist in updating operational standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Propose improvements to processes and workflows to increase SOC efficiency.
• Operate in a 24/7 environment on 12-hour shifts.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or relevant experience in a related role.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms, particularly Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Basic understanding of incident response and security operations procedures.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with: intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), log analysis and enrichment, network and endpoint security concepts.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, SC-200, or other entry-level cybersecurity credentials are considered a strong advantage.
• Strong motivation to grow within a professional SOC environment.
