Role Overview:
The Information Security Expert ensures the secure and compliant operation of A1 Group’s hybrid environments, leading security initiatives and continuously enhancing processes and technologies to protect the organization and its customers.
Role insights:
Define and implement security policies, standards, and compliance controls; maintain documentation and drive remediation.
Ensure audit readiness and lead audit activities.
Manage security operations, including access reviews, incident response, recovery, and remediation.
Oversee security features such as endpoint protection, intrusion detection, log analysis, and patching.
Drive automation and contribute to secure architecture design with cloud providers (Microsoft, AWS, Exoscale).
Promote security best practices within teams and handle all customer security matters.
Develop and execute a continuous security improvement plan.
What Makes You Unique
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of cryptography, PKI, X.509, HSM/KMS, cybersecurity, and IT security.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as CSA, CIS, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, SOC, PCI DSS.
Experienced and certified in one or more cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, and identity systems (e.g., Active Directory, ADFS, OIDC, SAML, Okta).
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new frameworks and technologies for service automation.
