Would you like to join us? 

Your daily routine would include:

• Manage and govern the ARIS repository, ensuring model quality, consistency, and adherence to modeling standards.
• Configure ARIS objects, attributes, and relationships to support enterprise and risk management needs.
• Design and maintain BPMN 2.0 business process models using ARIS, applying best practices and advanced features.
• Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities and translating requirements into actionable designs.

We’ll know you can make it if you have: 

• 3+ years of ARIS experience, including ARIS Architect administration.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 modeling expertise and knowledge of ARIS tools (Architect, Designer, Connect).
• Proven business process analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
