On the surface we are an outsourcing company, but in reality the way we operate is much more similar to that of an outsourced office of a large company. We design and create features, striving to be in the company’s vision. Some of us have been working in a particular enterprise for 10 years in this way. We contribute to established products, and to a new SaaS solution — lots of interesting things.

Annual leave
We generally close the office between Christmas and New Year so everyone has a chance for time with their family.
We do not work on public holidays. In general, we try not to merge a holiday with a public holiday more than once a year.
Work from home
We can work from home when necessary.
We make an effort to make sure that everyone has the convenience they need to work from home. But we prefer to work in the office and use it most of the time.
Office time allows us to maintain a culture with a minimal amount of stress and strain.
We understand that there are situations where things work out better if we work from home and make the necessary changes on the fly.
Flexible working hours
We are not fixed exactly when we start and finish work. It is much more important that the current tasks run smoothly.
At the same time, there are some client meetings that have a fixed time and need to be attended.
We understand that we live in a world that is not perfect and sometimes we have to deal with different situations in life.

Key company services/products:
One of the key things we are working on is a SaaS platform, for one of our clients. We have some freedom in working there and making suggestions on what the architecture of a component should be. We often have to gather requirements and create features or entire components, which makes it necessary to have a broad view and make the things we do fit into the company's vision. We're working on some of the core components of the platform: AuthN, AuthZ, metrics and dynamic infrastructure creation are some of the things. A lot of the things we do use the latest technologies. Some of the things we've been doing work at large scale.
What we believe in:
We put a lot of effort into creating an environment where people enjoy being part of the company. The company should be a safe place for every worker where they can find support and help when they need it. Stress should not be present while we are doing our tasks. Good results are the sum of everything else in our lives going well.
Additional Information:
I started the company because of the need for better time allocation between work and family. Another significant factor was that I consider Stara Zagora a wonderful place to live and I didn't want to be in Sofia anymore. Stara Zagora is a place where I can look after my children, at the same time I can enjoy benefits that either do not exist in Sofia or are too expensive. Over the past years we have created an environment with a friendly atmosphere that is pleasant for people. This environment has been tested over the past pandemic year and I am happy to say that we have continued to help and support each other.
