Our company is currently made up of a very young team of talented people. For us, certificates and diplomas do not solve problems and do not contribute much. If a person has the ability to acquire the knowledge on their own (with the help of the internet of course), even if until yesterday they worked in a completely different profession during the day and then studied all night, for us that is more valuable.
