interop.io is a software company founded in 2023 after the merger of Tick42/Glue42 and Finsemble.
The activities of interop.io are mainly focused on the international financial and fintech markets, but it is gradually expanding into other sectors.
The company operates in two main areas – professional services with a focus on customer project management and software product development.
The professional services that interop.io provides help financial institutions deliver customized applications that drive productivity and improve end-user workflows.
Our software platform for integrating desktop and web applications – io. Connect has been recognized with a number of international awards. The product has been deployed in some of the largest financial institutions.
The interop.io team consists of over 130 people. The company is headquartered in Sofia, with offices in London, New York and Charlottesville. Interop.io employs some of the most talented developers in Europe, led by a team with many years of professional history.

Annual leave
Each employee is entitled to 25 days paid annual leave. Our Vacation Hero program allows for an additional 5 days of paid annual leave after using the basic 25 days, 1 birthday day and 2 days for volunteer initiatives.
Work from home
The company offers telecommuting for all employees. Anyone is welcome to work from our Campus X office as well, if desired.
Flexible working hours
Depending on your preference, everyone can choose their working hours, starting between 08:00 and 10:30 and ending the working day between 17:00 and 19:30.
