Annual leave
There is no limit on the number of days of leave taken (20+ ). A policy is in place that any employee who has used his/her 20 days may use additional paid leave days, without limit and with the consent and approval of his/her immediate supervisor.
Work from home
Each employee has the opportunity to work from home, with the consent and approval of their manager, and at times when work does not require involvement from the office.
Flexible Working Hours
There are no fixed working hours, as a guideline we can set - 09:00-18:00. Employees decide, together with their line manager, when it is convenient for them to start the working day so that it does not interfere with the work process.

One of the things that makes our company unique to work with in many ways is the fact that our clients are developers - this necessitates using the latest and most innovative platforms before they are even available on the market in a stable version (e.g. WinRT, HTML5, etc.); this also dictates adherence to the highest standards of code quality and speed; there is no lock-down of people to old, clunky, and proprietary platforms and languages with us. Also, it's normal for our employees to work on creating brand new compilers and all sorts of cross-platform solutions - this is work that usually borders on academic development and is completely out of the question in many companies on the market.
Our innovation process is clearly defined and is called Hack Week - that way we give people ample time and opportunity to work on their own ideas several times a year and then present a working demo. Some of the ideas are selected to be implemented into products that are sold, and the author has the honor of working on their own idea during official working hours. Many of these ideas become the source of many patents, and outside the context of Hack Week, people are encouraged to keep up to date with the latest trends and development practices - with those who prove themselves accordingly getting more interesting and responsible work and growing within the company.
Our organizational structure is also flexible in terms of career development within the company - this allows each person to channel their skills in a technological (Soft. Engineer, Sr. Engineer, Principal, Architect, etc. ...VP), or management direction (Manager, Director, VP). To this end, our team works to develop people's technical competencies as well as their so-called soft skills (teamwork, time management, presentation skills). We achieve this through multiple trainings, the possibility of transferring from one team to another, and also with the help of the so-called Catalytic Coaching - a process whose main idea is that each person, with the help of their direct supervisor (Coach), can chart their own path for development using their full potential.
