I have been working at Hitachi for 9 months and I can say that Hitachi is an employer that values the opinions of others and rewards success. All the suggestions I made were listened to and I was trusted and given the freedom to implement them. I believe they strive for harmony, approach with trust and respect everyone's opinion.

I have been working at Hitachi Solutions since 2019 as a Finance Manager. I have grown in the company both as a person and professionally. I work every day with highly skilled and motivated professionals as communication is friendly and they are always responsive. Here I have the independence to make decisions and the support I need to tackle challenges. At Hitachi Solutions I am inspired by working in a fast growing company and business, and learning something new every day.

I started working at Hitachi Solutions in September 2020 in the position of Junior Technical Consultant. We were only about 20 employees then, which gave me the opportunity to watch the company grow and develop rapidly. I joined the company with absolutely no experience in the field, still in my student years. Thanks to intensive technical training during the first 3 months, I successfully completed my internship project with the unwavering support of our mentors. After that a shadowing process started, in particular working on real projects but under the continuous supervision of more experienced colleagues. This helped me to get an idea of how work in a team works, how processes are managed and, of course, how the different features of an application are developed. After a few months, I had the confidence to start working independently. The projects I participated in helped me not only to enrich my technical knowledge, but also to improve my presentation skills, communication with clients, and I even briefly participated in the testing of a product. Thanks to all this experience I managed to gain, after a year and a half I officially became a Consultant and I am ready for new challenges.

I am very happy that I made the decision to start working at Hitachi Solutions Bulgaria. The company gives me unlimited opportunity to develop as a professional, giving me the time and resources to achieve this. The culture in the organization is amazing! The work environment and the people I work with motivate me to achieve higher goals every day.
