Flexible Working Hours
All software developers must be available during core business hours, which are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
These hours ensure that team collaboration, meetings and communications can take place without interruption. Outside of core working hours, software developers have the flexibility to choose their working hours.
They can start work early or late as long as they complete the required daily or weekly hours.
