Remote work
Currently all employees in Bulgaria work remotely due to the lack of an office and once a month we get together to work from a shared office space.
Even after opening an office, we plan to introduce a 50/50 hybrid working model for colleagues who are from Varna. Colleagues from other cities will continue to work remotely by traveling to Varna occasionally for meetings with the team.
Flexible working hours
We have the option of starting at 9am or 10am and finishing at 6pm or 7pm respectively. If an absence is required at these times we are flexible and the employee can make it up at another time.
