I saw the chance to be part of a fast-growing fintech company and I took it without any hesitation. What is most interesting and inspiring for me is the chance to increase my experience and gain knowledge on both the front- and back-end side; to work and handle large amounts of data. And last, but not least is that in a company, like ours, you have the opportunity to cover most of the development flow and every one of the team members plays a crucial role and makes a real difference.

I joined the company right after graduating from an IT Academy for young professionals. As someone without previous formal education in the field, I highly appreciated the chance the company gave me and the fact that they believed in my skills and abilities. I can honestly say that in each task I am executing, I am investing a high amount of enthusiasm, excitement, and determination. If I have to point out just one reason that drives me in my daily work, this would be the team first, and also the opportunity to work with new technologies and see their integration to the existing code and processes. Well, sometimes it takes a great deal of time researching, trial and error, however this is a part of the learning path, isn’t it, and I do acknowledge it.
