Employee testimonials
Peter Popov
Lead Technical Artist
Most of all, I'm working on the organization and proper structuring of the project, and we're currently working on structuring a new project that is different from anything we've done before.
Nikolay Dimitrov
Technical Director
Programming is just as creative as drawing kender as doing game design.
Peter Popov
Lead Technical Artist
I played a lot of games growing up and just wanted to do that.
Georgi Chunev
Lead Graphic Programmer
There's a big difference between the hardware that you have on your desktop at home and the hardware on your phone, and for games like this to start on a phone there's a lot of, a lot of optimizations that are done, so that's one of the things I do.
Peter Popov
Lead Technical Artist
During those years, it was mainly the variety of work and the need to constantly adjust and catch up with the games that kept me going. Because every year a new type of game is trendy and relevant and you just have to know how to make that type of game.
Nikola Kyuchukov
Lead Programmer
What sets Gameloft apart is the super friendly environment. You can always talk, whether it's with the studio manager Tanko or some other manager in some super friendly normal format, joking around with each other.
Peter Popov
Lead Technical Artist
The most important element is the chemistry within the team. Each needs to know that the other will get the job done.
Alex Genova
Programmer
It's a lot more dynamic here in the gaming industry, somehow things happen faster, new releases come out faster, we program faster, we figure out what needs to be done faster. It's not a cumbersome process. If there's a problem, we solve it on the spot. We have our procedures of course, but it's a lot more dynamic to be honest.
