Annual leave
The company offers a starting 20 days paid annual leave.
There is a mechanism in place whereby additional days of leave are granted after a certain length of service with the company and after the paid annual leave is exhausted.
Work from home
Under the remote working policy, there is the option at certain times to work from home for all employees who have this option and whose work by nature allows it.
Flexible Working Hours
The standard working hours in the company are an 8-hour working day with 1 hour lunch break.
There is flexibility in terms of start and finish times within 1 hour depending on the nature of the work, with 9:30 - 18:30 being the standard.
