The Festo plant in Bulgaria produces process automation components, flow and pressure sensors ,connecting cables, electric drives – more than 2,560 types of products, and the company is continuously deepening its competencies and expanding its product range .
As a global player in the world market, Festo is increasingly focusing on electronics and software engineering. The requirements of Industry 4.0 and the availability of highly qualified personnel in this field were a prerequisite for the establishment of the Technical Engineering Center (TEC) in 2019. The TIC provides development in all engineering disciplines – software, hardware, mechanics and laboratory testing.

Flexible Working Hours

Acknowledgements
In 2022, Festo Production Ltd. won the German Economy Award in Bulgaria in the Large Enterprise category. The first place in the competition is a well-deserved recognition of the company's contribution to the development of Bulgarian-German economic relations over the past year.
The company was also awarded first prize for strategy in the Industrial Manufacturing sector at the ESG Sustainable Development Competition organised by PwC at the end of 2022.
