Annual leave
Do not count vacation days. Everyone is free to use as much as they want during the year as long as the work is done/arranged.
To that end, we prefer people on our team to take up to five days off in total. Of course, we also make exceptions when necessary.
Work from home
We fully believe in working from the office. But along with that, we've set one day a week where it's possible for those who want to work from home.
Flexible Working Hours
Our working day starts at a specific time but ends at the employee's discretion.
In our company, we measure the work done, not the number of hours.
