About our product and our work:
Fadata's core product, INSIS, is an insurance business automation and management platform. It has earned global recognition and is highly rated by leading analysts such as Gartner and Celent, with over 60 deployments in more than 30 countries to date. We work with some of the largest insurance companies globally.
We currently have active projects on 4 continents - Europe, Asia, Africa and South America, with most of these in Europe.
The projects cover all lines of insurance business - general insurance, life, health, pensions and more.

Fadata marked its beginnings as a Bulgarian company in 1990, and in 2015 was acquired by The Riverside Company, a global private equity fund, and UK-based Charles Taylor plc, a global insurance services provider. Headquartered in Munich and with its main development and operations centre in Sofia, the company also has offices in Serbia and Romania. In 2019, we opened an office in Burgas with the idea of having access to local talent, helping to develop another Bulgarian city, and at the same time allowing our employees to work by the sea in the summer.
Fadata has a large distribution and partner network in over 30 countries, with partners including Ernst & Young, Charles Taylor InsureTech, Sollers, Infosys and Oracle.
In 2017, the company expanded its service offering capabilities in the insurance space by acquiring German software company Impeo.
Fadata is focused on providing customized, flexible and intuitive solutions for the insurance business.
