FAAC Bulgaria has its origins in 1981 as part of the American Datapark Group. In 2012 it became part of the FAAC Group-one of the largest organizations working in the field of equipment and management of parking, access control for vehicles and pedestrians. In 2013, the HUB Parking Technology brand was established and the team in Ruse became the largest unit in the group’s business.

Annual leave
Each employee starts with 20 days of annual leave and receives 1 additional day after the second year.
The maximum number of days of paid leave is 25 days.
Employees who continue their education are entitled to an additional 10 days of paid annual leave.

Additional information:
Since 2018 FAAC Bulgaria has started a transformation to AGILE project development methodology. We currently have four SCRUM teams in operation, working in an integrated manner with two others in Italy and the USA.
A new way of thinking and approach to project implementation was built, expressed in teamwork, transparency, creativity, self-organization, regular inspection, and adaptation.
