Extremely multinational environment (we are now part of the Korea Telecom Group which offers financial stability while allowing us to continue as a separate entity) with a corresponding mindset and attention to people.
There is no difference between management and employees. As a small entity (55 people in Sofia) communication is fast and productive. We have development teams in Sofia, UK and Singapore working on one of three internal products.
Each team has a small agile team of 4 people involved in the design and development of Epsilon Telecommunications internal software products.
