Flexible Working Hours
There is considerable flexibility of working hours. Every day there is a team meeting, which has a fixed time and is mandatory for everyone. There are also several mandatory meetings for the entire team within the sprint. The driving factor, of course, is the results at the end of each sprint and achieving them with a team effort.
