We try to spend time physically together, but not at the cost of productivity or health. Everyone on the team openly comments with the others about what works best for them and we are open to long term telecommuting moments. Most people on the team like working side by side and half the time you can find the team in the office.

The only thing we insist on is that you do not work outside of our standard working hours, so that you can be as focused and relaxed as possible during the working days.
