EMHS was established in 2017 with the goal of supporting the marine industry by not only complying with the strict environmental regulations that govern it, but also with a vision to improve the overall ecosystem of the seas we call home. The company is based in Varna, Bulgaria, one of the largest ports in Eastern Europe.
An additional office was opened in New York, USA in early 2018.
