Effortel is a product company developing high-tech business and operations management solutions for telecoms of all types.
Our well-known competitors are companies such as Ericsson, Amdocs, Netcracker, Cerillion and others. Effortel is a lean system for building and supporting mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).
The company combines off-the-shelf solutions and those with fine-tuning to customer needs. All our clients have different backgrounds and different niche of work, but what unites them is the appetite for the telecom domain and the resources required. We help them to implement their mobile operator from scratch, at both a technology and business level.

Annual leave
We offer a standard 20 days paid annual leave during the first six months with the company, increasing to 25 after that period.

After a successful launch in 2006, we turned our attention to the global virtual operator market, offering a fully cloud-based software and infrastructure solution for telecom business and operations management as early as 2007.
This was followed by a number of successful projects in different countries and the expansion of the company both in the area of management and support services and in the domain of innovation and development of new solutions.
In 2015, we went to market for business and operations support systems and two years later we had a successful integration project for the first version of our product.
Our constantly upgrading service portfolio allows adaptability in the fast-growing telecommunications market, and we strive to provide high quality and innovation for our customers in every aspect.
We have been awarded as the Best Global MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) for 2017, 2018 and 2019.
