How we work
Annual leave
25 days paid annual leave with additional days to be added depending on length of service. There is also the possibility to acquire an additional 5 days per year.

Different roles lend themselves to different levels of flexibility. In agreement with your Line Manager you can create an arrangement that works well for you.
We offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements and believe we operate at our best when collaborating 3 days a week in person (minimum).
