Everyone could also find their hobby with us - we have various internal initiatives and groups on yoga, kite-surfing, art, sports, readers club, Be Kind to Animals... and more, and more.

In the four years I've been at DXC, I've become convinced that the greatest value in DXC - it's the people. I like and respect my co-workers very much, and I love working with them. Here the much desired everywhere "friendly atmosphere" is a fact! We all help each other and work together to achieve goals.

What I really like about DXC is the variety in every working day, the feeling of development doesn't stop for a moment. The atmosphere at work is exceptional, you're surrounded by really motivated people driven by a passion for what they do. I'm really proud to be part of the team.

The main reason I started working at DXC 5 months ago is that the company's mission statement completely covers my vision for professional development. Projects, whether with external clients or internally within the organization, bring an exceptional chance to develop the experience and knowledge already gained. In addition, DXC provides me with the opportunity for continuous professional development with training and additional internal initiatives. Last but not least, the teams and colleagues are highly motivated professionals with whom one can communicate freely on any topic. All this provides some perfect conditions for work and development.

At DXC Technology I found a great environment in which to develop my potential and interests. For more than 5 years, I feel that I have not only been useful, but also upgrading my skills, learning, and getting certified. I enjoy participating with my colleagues in various internal initiatives and looking for ways to bring our team together, have fun, improve our work and support each other. The values of the company and the managers allow me to feel in my place and balance the personal with the professional. I face new challenges relaxed, motivated and confident.

As an employee of DXC Technology, albeit for less than a year, what I want to share is that right from the start it feels like a pleasant work environment, the team is wonderful, the employees ambitious, the working conditions and benefits competitive and not least the ability to balance personal time and work. From day one you have the pleasure of being part of this 'click' atmosphere enabling you to start your dream job and be part of the biggest Global giant in the IT industry. It is a professional and personal challenge for me to combine my knowledge, skills and qualities at DXC. I have always wanted to work for a company that values a positive and creative personal attitude, sets high and clear goals for its employees, insists on professionalism and provides opportunities for development. What impressed me from my first days working for DXC was the close-knit team and the pleasant working environment. I have been a part of DXC for a year now and the culture within the company is something that has impressed me and continues to impress me every day. Working amongst motivated and positive colleagues who are always willing to share their experiences contributes immensely to the development of the team. Freely expressing opinions and asking questions without embarrassment in turn stimulates initiative in each team member and makes the relationship between colleagues even stronger.

When I came to DXC Technology in early 2022 as a graduate in the trainee program, I never expected that my voice would be heard to the extent that it would make a difference. But these are the facts - with each passing month, I see how an individual's opinion is accepted, considered and developed so that the whole team moves forward, as atypical as that may sound for a service company. My department is thriving thanks to dedicated people, always willing to lend a hand and do their best for the common prosperity. And that's just part of the environment that spurs me to outdo myself every day, too.
