For a profession filled with many commitments, it is very important to have a relaxed, friendly environment to work in. I can say that DSS has achieved a lot in this respect.

I feel fortunate to work at DSS, where a team of young and talented people and I learn together how to create and develop ideas. This is, of course, very much taken care of by our managers who are very keen to support our development.

Since becoming part of DSS (two months ago), every day gives me more confidence that I made the right choice. The onboarding process was relatively easy, providing ample time to familiarize myself with the technology needed. I have the pleasure of working hybrid, which allows me to combine the comforts of home with the dynamics of the office. Our team building was simply unforgettable! Not only did we have fun, but I was able to create lasting bonds with many of my colleagues. It felt like I was working with friends, not just employees. At DSS you don't just work - you feel valued and part of something big. It's an experience I recommend to any professional!
