Digistore24 is a leading platform for online trading of digital products and one of the largest affiliate networks in the German-speaking world. In addition to our core platform, we are currently working on other exciting projects:
- A CRM system that allows a very high degree of customization. The system can recognize repeating patterns and drastically reduce the time and effort in customer service. The interface includes many game elements to make working with customers much more motivating.
- A secure video platform that allows fully managed access to both public and closed content. This is not a standard video web application as we want it to be able to handle huge volumes of Big Data and so we have made it scalable.
- A powerful analytics tool that tracks your customers’ online actions and cash flows. In addition to visualizing interaction points and customer journeys, the tool provides insights into ROI and advertising budgets.

We resell the digital products created by our customers by taking over the automation of the entire business process. This gives our customers the time and freedom they need to fully dedicate themselves to creating successful products.
Currently, more than 70,000 users on our platform register over 100 new products every day.
We provide cookie-based affiliate tracking as well as automatic and timely distribution of commissions to business partners.
What makes our platform unique?
The organization of the entire business process related to the sales of digital products is taken care of by us. We take care of the correct invoicing, payment of taxes due, product returns, refunds and customer service no.
Digistore24 is our main and highly successful project. Thanks to it, we have the opportunity to turn our other dreams into reality.
In addition to continuously developing digistore24.com, we are also working on three other exciting projects:
Editor for building websites and marketing pages
Our website and marketing page creation platform is not integrated with Digistore24 and offers our customers sales automation, options to create a secure space for registered users with courses and lectures, split tests and sales funnels.
There are a variety of solutions for creating websites. There are also those for creating marketing and landing pages. Our platform combines all of this into one and carries huge potential to become a key player in the market. The project is implemented with PHP and Symfony2.
Smart CRM
We are building a personalized customer management system using Artificial Intelligence to automatically recognize the content of incoming inquiries and distribute them in the workflow. We have a huge amount of data (customer enquiries) which we use to train our software to recognise the content and subject of an enquiry. We use Java and Node.JS, and the data is taken care of by the Hadoop ecosystem.
Video Platform
Another dream come true of ours is building a robust video platform deployed on Hadoop managed servers. Many of our customers create and sell video courses. We want to offer them a hosting solution tailored to their needs and way of working.
