Annual leave
Between 20 and 25 days, depending on the time the employee has spent with the company.
Work from home
We offer a 2 day a week home office which is not fixed - the employee decides when they will work from home and notifies the office manager who is responsible for our schedule.
Flexible Working Hours
We work in a hybrid, standard way - from 9am to 6pm, taking all public holidays off and of course the national holiday.
