Annual leave
We provide paid annual leave in accordance with Bulgarian labour legislation, i.e. a minimum of 20 days.
Work from home
We work remotely from locations outside Hungary, but during the trial period we believe that personal collaboration is very useful.
Therefore, during the trial period, we will organize a trip to Budapest once a month.
Flexible Working Hours
Our main working hours are between 10:30 and 16:30 (Bulgarian time) - other working hours can be scheduled according to preference.
Meetings outside of core hours can be held, but we believe flexibility goes both ways.
